Mike Allen Pilgrim here, welcome to my website - Events Team UK/Caribbean food shack (not to be confused with other similar named sites) offers a professional mobile and outside catering services serving Caribbean food & Caribbean BBQs, and traditional BBQs catering for weddings, birthdays, party catering, corporate events, product launches, christenings, funeral catering, Christmas catering events, office catering, community events and event catering.

Our Caribbean catering services cover London, Birmingham, home counties and the rest of the UK.

Other services include award-winning themed entertainment such as limbo dancers, calypso band, soca band, steel band, reggae tribute band, Motown tribute band, Bob Marley tribute, UB40 tribute, John Holt tribute, wedding DJ hire, mobile discos, and comedy cabaret. These are optional to our Caribbean food services but are fantastic for a Caribbean night or themed food events.

As a business we are a member of NCASS (The Nationwide Caterers Association), giving peace of mind to our clients - all hygiene certificates, risk assessments, level 5 food hygiene rating, PLI, employer's PLI and health and safety policies are all available upon request. For entertainment we are members of equity and the Mobile DJ network, all of our equipment is PAT tested and we are covered by PLI; all certificates are available upon request.
